We offer four (4) levels of training. Our philosophy is that the material and the concepts in the Beginner and Intermediate level courses can be taught in a self-paced programs. We do measure learning and comprehension through a series of tests. Advanced and Expert level training requires interaction and more personalized instruction. We offer customized classes conducted via Zoom for a small group setting or 1 on 1 instruction.
Beginner level courses - Learn the Basics
Our beginner level classes are designed to introduce the learner(s) to the basic concepts associated with the study topic. Proteico Consulting believes that learning and applying what you learn builds upon itself. You must lay the foundation for more advanced learning by learning the basics first. Beginner level courses are priced to be affordable and a great value.
Intermediate level courses - Apply the Basics
Our Intermediate classes are designed to help the learner(s) apply the basic concepts with specific tasks and activities that reinforce the application of the basic concepts and ideas.
Advanced level courses - Drive Change
Our Advanced classes are taught in small group settings with 3 to 5 learners in a group. The course incorporates a real world project with an objective that aligns with the company’s goals and the goals of the individual learners. The goal of the advanced level courses is to teach the learners how to drive positive change within the organization.
Expert level courses -
Drive Vision
Our Expert classes are taught in a 1 on 1 environment and are focused on projects that fulfill the forward looking vision of the company. The learner will work with a senior consultant whom specializes in the project focus. The course will be treated like a continuous improvement project with a defined outcome that brings a substantial ROI to the company.
